| Who are we?
|
The RAV4K Club idea was proposed by
myself (Derek D'Costa) to Moti Hussein of LandRange Motors. He sold me my
RAV. Essentially we are a gathering of people who share a common interest:

Why are we? |
As founder members of the Land Rover Owners Club of Kenya (LROCK) we have seen the benefits of a "Club" where members can socialise, share ideas, information, obtain special prices and preferential treatment from spare parts dealers and service providers around the country. Buy a RAV4 or sell your RAV4, use these pages to advertise your interest. |

| Regular weekends away include mountain and
river expeditions, camping safaris and special rates at lodges and camps.
Sunday outings for picnics, treasure hunts and generally wandering around
as a group on a Sunday. Through monthly newsletters and social evenings ( at a place yet to be decided) we will exchange information, arrange Sunday and weekend outings, obtain special offers and great deals for all our members.

| Who can join?
|
If you own or have any interest in the Toyota RAV4 and live in East Africa, you are eligible to join. Should we open this up to all Toyota 4WD owners? Should we open this up to all 4WD owners. You tell us... we want to hear from you.

| What does it cost? | Nothing for now...We are not a formal association yet. With enough interest in a monthly social gathering, we would appoint a committee, register as an association and decide on a nominal annual membership fee. We are a social club. | |
